Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil including hard moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rock & boulders requiring blasting) with all leads & lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour, cess & T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & filling manualy with aproved quality of sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering ramming to proper density with cost,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour & T & P as required for the item of work including cess etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting bending,binding, cranking hooking, welding jointing (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting lowering & placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. Supplying,fitting and fixing of M.S. iron grill gate made out of (45x45x60)mm size angular frame with square bar M.S. flat for grills of approved design icluding all cost conveyance taxes etc. complete.(prevaling lowest local market rate and excluding labour for fixing )

Painting two coats of enamel paint in all floors to new iron work over a coat of primer including sand papering,polishing the surface,including cost conveyance royalties and all taxes of all materials alongwith T&P required for the work including cost of paint & primer complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
