M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour (Glossy finish), design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris sunk or raised mouldingceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surroundingwall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurledweb of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre tocentre complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coated approved colour anodised aluminium partition with sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/mtr (minimum) incl fixed with , clips, frame , necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, neoprene rubber gasket with aluminium beading screws suitable anodised fittings such as hinges, handles including powder coated anodised aluminium frame with one or more rebates including S&F 5.50 mm thick plain/tinted glass complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 12mm thick toughned glass as in fixed glass, hinged doors, partitions, automatic doors, windows and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes, including single leg spider, ceiling/bottom to glass connector and pivots, glass to glass connector, stabilizer rod, floor clamp, plastic parts, wall to glass hinge, knob, roller, floorspring (With S.S. Cover), C Shape Square SS Handle - 450mm etc. all fittings for doors/partitions (including SS fittings) required to make functional complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior wall cladding tiles brick pattern of any colour approved by engr-in-charge of size 300x600x10 mm thick mat finishes over 10mm thick heavy duty chemical resistant adhensive for fixing tile on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for site and on position floor mounted vanity counter made of Superior Material Quality with HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistant) of size 770x451x680mm/800x470x680mm having vitreous china basin on top with SS cabinet & side cabinet and soft close door & drawers of approved pattern and design with necessary fixing arrangment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencinng of 50x50mm mesh size and 3mm dia wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixings only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to standards, rails, straininng bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : supply only chain link fencing, MS 10mm dia round bars as line wire and MS flat iron shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of stanadard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs mild steel screw bolts(machine made) exceeding 5cm and not exc 10cm long with diameter of shank 11 to 15mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut complete alll as specified and directed.

M&L for New or previously un treated steel Surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone agreegate as in bed blocks to fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (mea sured solid), set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
