CIVIL WORKS Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures in all types of soil as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom to required level and line, backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required including compaction and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work including all Cost, Conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour, T and P, cess and machinaries required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Supplying filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand 23.5 cm (9 ) thick layers including watering ramming etc.,complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and T and P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only). (Ground Floor)

Excavation loading , unloading and carriage by mechnical means of all kinds of soil including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc., with all lifts and lead cuting and ladoing in tippers including trimming of stopes and bed to design section and deposting the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Ground Floor)

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering ramming, complete with all leads and lifts including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and T and P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Ground Floor)

Supplying, diluting and preparing chemical emulsion like Imidacloprid 30.5 percentage SC or other chemicals approved by Central Insecticides Board or as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as Pre-Constructional Anti-termite Treatment confirming to IS 6313 (Part-II) and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building, expansion joints, surrounding the pipes and conduits etc at the rate of 7.5 liters per sqm on vertical surface and 5.0 liters per sqm on horizontal surfaces, 50 percentage of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm center to center (or as directed by the manufacturer) including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, loading, unloading, T and P, etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Plain Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) using 40mm size C.B.H.G. metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required; ramming, watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and T and P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. R.C.C. work in M-20 using 20mm using size CB chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering and curing for four weeks, centering, shuttering and finishing exposed surface smooth including all cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, of all materials with labour and T and P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (a) Raft, Column, Pedastal, Footing etc.
