Dismantling brick / stone masonry in Cement mortar walls under 3m high in the site of work etc complete complying with std spn and as directed by the deptl. Officer
Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty M.S pipe over all height 3.00m the distance two legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2.00m in case rows and providing platform with country wood planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete from with horizontal bracing @ 1.50 c/c vertical direction and with cross bracing using same 48.30mm dia M.S pipe including cutting threading assembly with one coat red oxide primer. Labour charges cost of specials such as largeb plate, catcher,coupling, bolt and nutt transport charges and handling charges. The bottom vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm thick, 1:2:4 concrete base as per the standard specification. The cross bracing to be assembled as per sketch enclosed.

Exterior Wall Waterproof cum Decorative Coating Providing and Applying high build exterior waterproof coating for external wall, parapet & Chajja, which is single component, cold applied, Reactive Acrylate copolymer technology. Apply one base coat of universal elastomeric exterior waterproof coating @0.25L/m2 and 2nd coat with Acrylic emultion top coat which can be tinted to any colour @ 0.17L/m2, including 2 coats DFT will be min. 170 microns, The material having followed technical properties: Attains hairline crack bridging up to 2 mm as per EN 1062 part 7, Elongation of >100 % as per ASTMD 412; Tensile strength 2.50 Mpa per ASTM D 412, including priming the surface with 1 coat of Efflorescence resistant penetrating primer dilute with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading at the rate of 0.125 l/m2 in the SSD condition. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.sqm. 365.
Clean removal the existing damaged wall plastering and replastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of following size 230mm x 230mm x 20 mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Clean removal of exposed cement plastering from floor tiles joint and scraping out 12mm deep and repointing the tiles joints with in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three M sand) 12mm thick mixed with Cempatch SBR leak proof solution used and the joints pointed neatly etc complete complying with std spn, and as directed by the deptl officer
Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish Two panels openable type window in all floors with aluminium sections of the Outer frame: 37.70x33x2mm @ 0.50 kg/m, Centre mullions:59x33x2.50mm @0.936 kg/m,Shutter frame : Z section 24.50x33x3mm @ 0.525kg/m, Aluminium clips:0.109 kg/m with neccessary accssories such as rubber beadings, special hinges, handle including supplying and fixing 4mm thick plain glass including cost of all materials, labours, power consumption required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC column slab, masonry walls wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and make good to the original conditons after fixing and also as directed. Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved variety of UPVC Ball Valve with BIS make of 32MM dia including cost of shellac, thread balls, etc., complete complying with standard specifications (for both internal and external water supply arrangements). The valves to be used on work shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.
Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Removing and relaying the old available paver blocks over the compacted bed of course sand or quarry dust etc compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locked paver blocks in true and straight alignment with proper gradient over the sand bedding layer through vibratory compction by using the plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and compacting the paver surface neatly with out any undulations and sweeping the extra sand and cleaning the paver surface neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed and full satisfaction of departmental officers
Supplying and laying of Interlocking Paver Block Stone 63mm thick Over a base layer of crushed stone sandfilling incl. Cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed Exterior (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
Collecting the scattered debris using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and coveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely within city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
