Scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area n exc. 400 Sqm and depth exc. 50mm but not exc. 100 mm, stacking the serviceable material at site and removing the surplus material n exc. 50m, complete all as specified

75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of granite, trap or basalt stone of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled with power roller of 8 to 12 tonne to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

All as per srl item no. 02 above but except stone, stone used retrieved from item no. 01

Laying Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate grading as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa . Minimum cement content not less than 140 kg/Cum. DLC mixed in batching plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and cxompacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver ( initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achive minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry density, including necessary formwork for finishing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Tolerance to be as per Table 900: 1 of MORTH specicications of road and Bridge works 2013.

Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and as drected.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminious filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade ‘B’, thickness of concrete slab 150mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Forming Construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade ‘B’, complete all as specified & directed.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming, complete all as specifed & directed.

Moorum/Red bajri, spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, spread thickness 75mm, complete all as specified & directed.
