Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards(Fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets. any thickness, including cover fillets complete. (Note : Taking down carefully old FTL fitting recessed mounted light fittings/ceiling complete with all accessoeies and making necessary electric conection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc, under 40sqcm in section (unframed work) all as specified and directed.

Taking down Choukhats or frame with Shutters of any discription n.exc 1.5 Sqm (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down of door shutter of any description exc 1 sqm but not exc 2 sqm each and refixing in same opening duly rectify the issue (decay, fixing of hinges, cheasling etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness above ground level all as specified and directed

M&L for 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screw as in palmet boxes and wall complete all as specified.

M&L for 4 mm thick Veneered decorative plywood grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on one faces, fixed with nails to timber frame work in ceiling complete all as specified

M&L point wiring complete for one light / bell / fan point controlled by one no, 1-way, 5 Amps switch. with single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cables 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade, with and incl 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cables as continuous earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminaries / fans etc at one end and to common earth dolly at other end, complete wiring drawn through & PVC casing and capping of 25 mm and above (as per conductor run ) medium grade, ISI marked, incl all accessories & fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc, with and incl 50mm deep box made out of 2nd class hard wood of required size and shape , covered with & incl 3 mm thick bakelite, laminated hylem sheet suitable for fixing of piano type switches / sockets etc, complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (Note : The cost of box with 3 mm thick bakelite, laminated hylem sheet top cover is deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter depth and not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and getting out including trimming of sides, complete all as directed.

Returning filling in (soils), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Taking out old unserviceable/serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable covers from excavated trench all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover through in low lying area.

M&L for un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable covers, class LV type-1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
