Supply of building Rubbish/Malba/similar unserviceable material dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including royalty loading unloading banking the same in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, braking clods watering rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and up to embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and fluid or filling up ground depression, with all leads & all lifts.
Supply of earth including excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions by mechanical transport within 10 km. lead and lift upto 1.5m. including royalty.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).
Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in : cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.
12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).
Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in charge.” Note-1: Excess/less cement used than specified in this item is payable/ recoverable separately. All works upto plinth level: M-10 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 220 kg/cum). Note - 2: The cement considered In RMC- 10 is 220Kg/Cum. If any deviation In quantity on lower side is observed subject to approval of Job Mix formula by engineer-in-charge, a recovery of cement @ Rs. 10 per Kg. will be deducted.RMC M-10 with cement content less than 200 KG/cum shall be rejected. Excess cement used more than 220 kg/cum will not be paid)
Providing and laying RMC of M-30 grade by using minimum 400 Kg. of cement (43 grade OPC) per Cum of concrete in roads/streets manufactured in automatic RMC plant using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per approved design criteria including transportation to site in transit mixer, including cost of concrete to improve workability wit out impairing strength and durability as per specification including spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, leveling to required slops and camber, finishing by contractor/ expansion, construction of cross/ longitudinal joints with approved joints filler and sealants, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(cost of joint filler & sealants shall be paid for separately under relevant item). Note-1: Cement content considered in M-30 is @400 kg/Cum. RC using minimum cement @400 kg/Cum. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer. Note - 2: The cement considered In RMC 30 is 400Kg/Cum. If any deviation in quantity on lower side is observed subject to approval of Job Mix formula by engineer-in-charge, a recovery of cement @ Rs. 10 per Kg. will be deducted. RMC M-30 with cement content less than 380 KG/cum shall be rejected. Excess cement used more than 400 kg/cum will not be paid).
Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc. Using grade 'A' sealing compound.
Providing and fixing Red sand stone slab 30 mm thick (un-dressed) over drains.
Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
Deploying of JCB for removal/demolishing of platform, ramp etc.
Supply of C&D waster Screened Soil at site including, carriage by mechanical transport including loading, unloading watering and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, rolling each layer with 1/2 tone roller of wooden steel rammers and dressing up in embankments for road, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions with a lead of 10 Km and lift 1.5m.
