Clearing the light jungle with uprooting including cost of T&P, labour, lead, lift and disposing the cleared jungle away from work spot as directed by the Engineer at site.
Dismantling the existing worn out barbed wire fencing and damaged RCC 'Y' posts at the top of compound wall including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, devoluting the retrieved barbed wire to stores etc., complete.
Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using OP cement and fly ash not exceeding 20% by weight of cement with 20 mm HBG metal including cost of all material, shuttering charges, curing, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete (Fly ash will be supplied by the Dept. at free of cost).
Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm diameter casuarinas post of 4m overall length (3m height+0.5m projection +0.5m into the ground ) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m and the spacing of post being 2 m in both the row with two horizontal post with 0.5m over lap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including horizontal and transverse middle braces to set up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m with etc in a complete form using coir and nails 1m run.
Providing brick work in CM 1:5 using fly ash bricks of size 230x110x70mm including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, curing, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.
Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for interior and exterior walls including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, water charges, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.
Supplying and fixing G.I barbed wire fencing of 10 gauge-two ply and four prolonged of approved quality including cost of all materials G.I binding work for fixing lead lift labour charges etc., complete.
Supplying & fixing 50x50x6mm M.S angle in "Y" shape " 750 mm length in vertical and 300 mm length in the angle portion with grooves for holding the barbed wire as directed by the Engineer at site, rate including cost of material, fabrication, fixing, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete.
Flush pointing with CM 1:3 for the existing Random Rubble masonry wall all as directed by the Engineer in charge at site including cost of all material, labour charges, curing, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.
