ADDN AND ALTERATION AND RENOVATION OF FIRE STATION BLDG AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cable, erection of poles etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils exc 250 mtr but not exc 500 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain, hardstanding including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain Cement Concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs, rounded or chamfered on haunching in chajjas to prevent water seepage into brick walls, including necessory formwork (upto height of 8 mtr) rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb, mud stops, channel/ benching of manhole laid to shape and slope surface finished even and smooth using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
