The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on firms having proven satisfactory past performance of supply of same/similar items for at least 20 % of tender quantity in preceding three years against single order as per clause 16.4 of GTC.
Bidders are required to quote strictly as per the item Description, Technical Specifications, Drawings or Annexures provided. The Make/Brand of the quoted items must be clearly specified.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
Inspection of the material shall be carried out by the consignee after receipt, and final acceptance shall be subject to satisfactory completion of the work at the consignee's premises.
Guarantee / warranty and Material Testing certificate from NABL or equivalent IS Standard lab is required to be submitted at the time of supply of material.
Sample work to be approve by the consignee before bulk supply
