Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for foundation, manholes,sewage line etc exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches depth exc 1.5 metre and n exc 3 metre for foundation, manholes,sewage line etc exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning,filling in,spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each in soft/loose soil, ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 250mtr b anut n.exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar, seperation, cleaning and stacking of serviceable bricks for reuse and removal of debris, rubbish to a distance exc 400 m but not exc 500m ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metres mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metres mean radius , including flush pointing as the work proceeds to external surfaces (Except internal surfaces of manholes and other surfaces where plaster is to be done) ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work but except bricks (Old serviceable dismantalled bricks obtained from dismantling shall be reused after cleaning ) built in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metres mean radius , including flush pointing as the work proceeds to external surfaces (Except internal surfaces of manholes and other surfaces where plaster is to be done) ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up existing unserviceable 150 mm SGSW pipe and haunching against the sides of pipe at any depth including removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 100m ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for bed of sewage lines of 180 mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation and mass concrete incl nessary form work if required for drain bed / foundation of manholes etc ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0(using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in benching for manholes, bands, coping, bed plate etc including necessary form work, if any and finishing exposed surface even and smooth using extra cement ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Meterial and labour for Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates)as in manhole cover and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form work ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolation of RCC in any position not otherwise specifically provided ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for high yield strength TMT steel bars, 6-8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cracking, hoocking ends and binding with and including MS wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing MS Framed work such as rungs, handles of man hole covers steel framework for manhole covers etc., grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 made to shape and placing in position ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of dia 75/100mm (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and removing from site ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for cement concrete1:2:4,Type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregates as in encasing pipes,foundation filling and mass concrete ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length fixed to walls with and including PVC stack clamps for holding pipe etc ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length laid in trenches or in floors ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drain making good for 150mm/200mm/300mm bore of pipes & rendering cutting out existing benching and forming branch (1/2 round or ¾ section) channel in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate surface finished even and smooth and reforming benching in required ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for cleaning of existing sewage line 150 mm internal dia at any depth incl manholes by removing the manholes covers of any type/ size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure mechine/ at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning incl getting out sledge if any and liqued materials from connecting manholes diposited in sewer line and removing the solids and sludge to any distance and reinstating the manhole covers in its original position ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work included in unit rate (ii) Cleaning of existing sewage pipe line / manholes by suitable suction pump loaded vehicle / trailers depose effluent out side the defence land. the shall be included in the quoted rate.

Material and Labour for cleaning of existing sewage line 200 mm internal dia at any depth incl manholes by removing the manholes covers of any type/ size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure mechine/ at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning incl getting out sledge if any and liqued materials from connecting manholes diposited in sewer line and removing the solids and sludge to any distance and reinstating the manhole covers in its original position ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work included in unit rate (ii) Cleaning of existing sewage pipe line / manholes by suitable suction pump loaded vehicle / trailers depose effluent out side the defence land. the shall be included in the quoted rate.

Material and Labour for cleaning the blockage of bathroom/kitchen by cleaning the nanhi traps / gully traps of all the mud / sludge and getting out washing throughly traps, CI waste pipe by opening the cleaning eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 100m from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including excavation and earth work ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for cleaning the blockage of WC indian or European type by removing of all the mud / sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto first manholes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 100m from the WC and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including excavation and earth work ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the manhole covers (CI or RCC) any type or shape and desludging / dewatering of septic tank,Manhole and soakage well of upto 1.5mtr depth by mechanical pumping, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -in- charge including carrying the effluent and reinstating the manholes cover to its original position ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cleaning of septic tank/ soakage wells/ manholes by suitable suction pump loaded vehicle / trailers available in the market and dispose effluent out side the defence land that shall be including the quoted rates.
