S&F in repairs door closer hydraulicaly regulated, aluminium(Die cast ) body Designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises including removal of debries out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid/matt finish ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding g 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm sq.m in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic glazed coloured tiles of size 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick joint free on and incl 10mm thick screed bede in cm(1:4)set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles on vertical surfaces as cladding ,skirting and dado complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface including fascias, cornices, ceiling walls etc to make the surface free from dust,by skilled labour and make good smoothen surface by sand paper after application of wallcare putty of 1mm thickness and applying two coats of first quality Interior acrylic distemper of approved colour of approved make to prepare the surface even and smooth all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Note :- Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of primer and distemper and including necessary scaffolding at any height complete all as (Make - Asian Paints , Nerolac , Berger )

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment including fascias,cornices etc by scrapping to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and loose plaster to be completely removed by skilled labour and make good smoothen surface by sand paper after application of wallcare putty of 1mm thickness and applying one or more coat of first quality Interior acrylic distemper of approved colour of approved make ,prepare the surface even and smooth all as specified and directed by engineer in charge . Note :- Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of primer and distemper and including necessary scaffolding at any height complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L 15mm thick cement plastering in cm 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces other than fair surface, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in repairs, Rotational moulded PVC water storage tanks 500 lit capacity, double walled (ISI marked) with ISI marking embossed on it (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of old tank and removing to store all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

S&F in repairs 20mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

S&F in repairs 20 mm float/BALL valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Dismantling of wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

S & F 5-6 mm thick PVC hollow profile sheet as in wall pevelling incl all necessary frame work of colour/ design all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

M&L for Vitrified tiles 14-15mm thick (square/ rectangular) gloss finish, area of each tiles exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 2.00 sqm, in walls/floors/kitchen slab etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured ,light shade cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

E/M PORTION

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc by mechanically and getting out complete all as spceified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil) including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as spceified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of surplus excavation soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as spceified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts. complete all as spceified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

M&L, locally available , sub class 'B' bricks (old size) laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection prependicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as spceified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L, GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole or under road/ pavement, complete including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etccomplete all as spceified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply , laying jointing and commissioning, LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional are 10 Sqmm 4 core LT, 1100 volts grade , laid in trenches , along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/ on walls etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying jointing and commissioning, LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional are 35 Sqmm 3.5 core LT, 1100 volts grade as in repair, laid in trenches , along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/ on walls etc incl taking out old, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Painting to Steel tublar poles 9 m long with one coat of Synthetic enamel paint black/yellow from ground level /copping remaining Job portion painting with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and painting the pole terminal etc. all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable PCC pole of any size and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Battery 12 volt, 60 AH , Make – Exide/ Su-kam/Amco/Luminous/Instapower for solar street light 24 Watt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fix fully automatic star delta starter, relay range 28 - 42 (MU-G 30) in steel sheet metal enclosure for submersible pump including making electrical and mechanical connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair, servicing and testing of Solar water heater l and its electrical connection of capcity including replacement of unserviceable spare parts and re-assembling connecting and testing the solar generated hot water supply from thesolar water heateras specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge

Collecting u/s (burnt) ceiling fan with blade of any make 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep from E/M yard , transporting to local workshop and back , opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding , cleaning with kerosene oil /diesel/ terpin oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge and number of turns as recommended by the respective manufactures, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff/strip type) replacing u/s / missing spare (bush, bearing, capacity shackle insulator, canopy, nuts , bolts, earthing , screw, upper, socket, CI block , quarter /split pin (top & bottom) , lock nut etc) fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and resembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running, and refixing the ceiling fan after painting on their respective location Khasa complete all as directed by Engr in charge

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws type 410 SP-31 9 Mtr long one coat of Synthetic enamel paint black/yellow from ground level /copping remaining Job portion painting with one coat of aluminium paint including the pole terminal etc as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bottom of pit for bed concrete of foundation of poles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bottom of pit for bed concrete of foundation of poles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in puff/coping of poles etc including use and waste necessary fair finish from work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia 1.50 mtr long duly welded with MS pipe capacity of 100mm dia ,30 cm long with holes ,nuts ,bolts and fixing on the top of pole complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing street light junction box insulated and made out of environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free,polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced of size in mm should be not less then 205 X 255 X 112. The box shall be rated for Degree of Ingress Protection IP 66/67 including all fixing material as required all as specified and directed. Make: cat. Part no KF2525 of Hensel or equivalent in Siemens/GE Power/Rittal.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
