Schedule 'A' (Part-I) REPAIR OF WATER SUPPLY SCHEME

Annual maintenance charges for 300 KLD water treatment plant and slow sand filter existing at HQ 26 Sector AR at Pallel . A total of six visits every year ( One visit of two months) for preventive & breadkdown maintenance. in the preventive maintenane, the following jobs will be down by the conractor. (a) All pump sets and machinary sets like compressor, flush mixture, clarifiier unit, alum mixtures, chemical feed pumps and existing machinary eqpt will be started and all electrical and menchanical parts will be checked. (b) Greasing of bearings has to be done. (c) Allignement of pump set will be done & checked and in case any abnormality is found rectification has to be carried out. (d) the pumps should be checked for any abnormal vibration using vibration meter. (e) Current, Voltage, Speed & pressure will be measure and record in service report. (f) All the pumps must be thouroughly overhauled at least onece in a year without any extra charges (g) Electrical starter has to be checked for tightness/ cleanining, repairing of any bearing including supply of any material if required in the scope of contractor. (h) The contractor must respond to any breakdown within 24 hours and complete the repair with 48 Hours. (j) The supply of Gland pack, grease, lubricants and any other consumable items will be in the scope of the contractor. (k) repair of pump part is under scope of contractor. Only re-winding of pumps is paid separately. (l) Check and operate all existing valves.

The spares replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured saperately and paid on OEM tax invoice if OEM spares not avl in Market then spares will be arranged from another company approved by Engr-in-charge for that product. In both cases the Amount will be paid as per GST invoice of OEM/ Company with 15% contractor profit. (a) Winding of 20 HP submersible pump (b) Winding of 7.5 HP Submersible pump (C) Winding of Monoblock pump 10 HP (d) Winding of Monoblock pump 7.5 HP (e) Repair of Compressor & Pump (f) Winding of 3 HP Submersible pump (g) REpair of star delta starter (h) winding of Moboblock pump 5 HP (j) Replace / Repair of sluice valve (k) REpair of Footvalve (l) Repair of defragment valve (m) REpair of IRP (n) RO plant accessories Estimated cost of this Item is Rs 9,00,000/-( Rupees Nine Lakhs). Contractor profit will be based on Quoted amount (Example : Quoted amt x 100/900000)= Contractor profit% (+) or (-) on the GST bill.

Cleaning of RCC -7 Nos / PS OHT tank 1 Lakh Ltr capacity - 03 Nos drain out mud and rubbing the tank surface with bleaching powder (Bleaching powder to be provided by the contractor) painting of RCC and PS Over head tanks with staging and internal side painting with black corrosive paint

Cleaning of Septic Tank 50 Users, Cleaning of Man hole and Opening of blockage of sewage pipe line Complaint of Blockage of sewage lines to be attended within 02 to 04 hrs of complant fails that penalty introduce 500 Rs for per complaint.
