Raising Height of Boundary Wall

Fly Ash Brick:Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to 1S:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Plaster( Wall):CEMENT PLASTER (IN COARSE SAND) :1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Painting:Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Dismantling Structure: Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in :Channels, angles, tees and flats, barbed wires, sheet

Concertina Coil:Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, up to 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre. [Note: Cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately].

X type Structure(65x65x6):Supplying, fabricating and fixing M.S. structural steel work made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc., for struts, chain link fencing posts as per drawing including gate, ladders, safety grills, walkways, collapsible gate, signboards, supports for cable trench, making slots for barbed line, wire hoisting, placing in position, embedding in concrete, applying two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155" High Build Enamel over a coat of EPILUX 610 Primer of M/s Berger or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respect including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates,bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. and necessary lettering of approved pattern on main gate, signboards etc.complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (excluding the cost of concrete work).

GI Sheet:Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins and rafters etc.0.3 mm thick or above, zinc coating not less than 120 gm/m² as per IS:277
