NOTE :THE ITEMS MENTIONED BELOW SHALL BE OF SPECIALIZED IN NATURE AND EXECUTED UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND GUIDELINES FROM OEM.THE ENTIRE WORK ONCE COMPLETED WILL BE INSPECTED AND CERTIFIED BY THE REP OF OEM FOR FUNCTIONAL ASPECTS OF ITEMS INSTALLED AT SITE.COMPLETION CERTIFICATE WILL BE ISSUED BY THE GE ONLY AFTER SATISFACTORY COMMISSIONING REPORT RECEIVED FROM OEM.THE RATE QUOTED BY THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE ITEM NOS : 10.01 TO 10.28 & 16 SHALL BE DEEMED TO INCLUDE THE ABOVE PROVISIONS.

De-watering, removing all mosses, algae and dirt from internal walls, floors and mouths of pipes of Openwell at various location under GE Belgaum by using steel wire brush and cleaning with bleaching powder including removal of dirty water, mud and other debris including cutting of trees, roots in side the well, disposing off the same to a safe distance including applying one coat of white wash to internal wall and floor surfaces complete and writing the date of cleaning on outside of Open well using synthetic enamel paint of white colour over black background with letters of size 100 mm height x 100mm breadth complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) All tools and plants including ladder of different size, Heavy water pump to drain the water from the open well etc necessary in execution of work shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof is included in the quoted rate of this item. (ii) All safety mesures should be provided during the execution of work including insurance cover for the labourer engaged by the contractor. Nothing extra is admissible on this account.

Material and labour for developing and flushing the tube well with compressed air and thereafter with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water disposing off the same to a safe distance and till clear water flows out complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Welded steel wire fabric of weight not exc 4.0 kg/sqm fixed to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel hand rail, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
