M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound liquid grade conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified and directed. (Pidiproof of Dr.fixit or equivalent)

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making good under cills or over arches, lintels and bressummers. including all pinning in cement mortar 1:4 when necessary complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required:hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges:large hasps and staples; chains;hand made sliding bolts; clamps;hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to comman rafters and running rails fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410 W (Gde E-250) quality-A including welded to rafter,purlin complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.71mm thick Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted coloured trapezoidal profiled Galvalume/ Zincalume sheet with min thickness 0.50mm TCT confirming to IS - 513(AZ-150 GSM, Al Zn allay metalic coating with 550 Mpa yield stress as per AS-1397) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws colour exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/BHP x RW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and 5 micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer , all fixed with galvanized self drilling self tapping fastner (12-14 x 55 with EPDM seals) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings incl ridges, hips and valley gutter complete all as specified and directed.

Dimantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated,semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers 10mm +5mm in cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces with using WPC finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 3,28,000.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 21). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
