Description of items and specification of work to be excuted.
Provision for dewatering the Baori for taking out the sludge/Mud with the help of pump set etc complete.(Note-It will be used if the storage water not dewater by water level etc)
Removal of settled debris /malba from 50mtr deep on ninth floor (from top) of Baori by digging with small tools pick axes and lift by mechanical means (lowering/lifting machine) from bottom to out side the baori and stacking the same within 50mtr lead etc complete.
Taking and lowering down and replacement of the broken, cracked & missing chhajja stones by providing & fixing double layer 50mm thick avg. sand stone (Bijoliya Quarry) with 50mm thick lime concrete in between both chajja stone as per original including making the grooves & joints and interlocking with S.S. Rod (Nail) and anchoring pin with lime mortar as per original etc complete lead 100 mtr and lift 50mtr by step way.

Rod (Nail) and anchoring pin with lime mortar as per original etc complete lead 100 mtr and lift 50mtr by step way. (Size 0.75 x 0.45mtr)
Provision for erection and dismantling scaffolding with wooden ballies and bamboo challies for execution of work including carrying the scaffolding material from store to working site then back to store complete with 100mtr lead and 50mtr lift etc complete.
