Supplying, installation , testing & commissioning of Heat pumps system of 450-500 Litre capacity for hot water using heat energy source from ambient air to Hot water, of High efficiency and energy saving operation, capable of heating water at 55⁰ to 60⁰ C with silent operation (the sound level should not exceed 65 dB). The Heat Pump shall have LCD display control panel with built in diagnostic and troubleshooting information and an inbuilt cycle for defrosting in case icing occurs on evaporator including all other mounting, fitting and controls, all interconnecting wiring/cabling between heat pump and electric panel etc including hot water storage tank complete in all respect with but not limited to following specifications. Power Supply V/Ph/Hz : 400V~440V, three Phase, 50Hz. Suggested Maximum output water temperature in 0C: >55 ⁰C, ambient temperature range in 0C: -5 ⁰C~45 ⁰C , Type of Fan : Low Noise axial fan , Suggested Noise level: dB <65 , COP: 3.0 to 4.0. Hot Water Storage Tank consisting of GI/MS/SS cylindrical shape clarifier tank. (inlet temperature of hot water storage tank >550C) suitable for minimum 4 Kg /Sq.cm working pressure. Tank shall be provided with water flow meter, inlet /outlet, overflow, drain connection with cover, 6 mm thick tank, pressure relief valves, pressure gauge at inlet / outlet with isolation cock, thermometer at inlet / outlet, ball Valve, safety valve,check valve etc and capacity of the tank shall be for 03 Hr rated output. The complete system to be tested to a pressure of 10 Kg/cm2 complete in all respects including temperature indicators, thermostat and other required accessories. Tank shall be insulated with 100 mm thick crown 150 grade & 50 mm rock wool pads of approved quality and cladded with 24 SWG aluminium sheet cladding complete all as specified and directed..

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Booster Pump, 1 HP capacity, suitable for operation on single phase AC supply, 180–260 Volts, 50 Hz, having discharge capacity of 21–60 LPM at rated head, complete with TEFC motor, pump and motor mounted on common base frame, suction and delivery connections, isolation valves, non-return valve, pressure gauge, flexible connections, foundation bolts and anti-vibration pads. Including construction of PCC platform of size 600 mm × 600 mm × 250 mm in PCC (1:2:4) or as specified, with necessary excavation, centering, curing and finishing, complete. Supply and installation of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 1000 litre capacity, triple-layer, UV-stabilized, IS:12701 marked, suitable for potable water storage, complete with cover and suitable locking arrangement. Including hoisting and placing the tank at terrace level of G+2 building, making necessary holes for inlet, outlet, overflow and washout connections, providing all necessary fittings, connections, supports, sealing, fixing and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, SDR-11, conforming to relevant IS standards, suitable for hot and cold water supply, of 40 mm nominal outside diameter, complete with all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings, specials, unions, elbows, tees, reducers, sockets and adaptors as required. Including cutting, threading wherever required, jointing with approved one-step CPVC solvent cement, fixing to wall or ceiling with approved CPVC/MS clamps and screws at intervals not exceeding 1.00 m, making all joints, testing the pipeline for leaks under working pressure, and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch pipe with existing G.I. main pipe of 25 mm to 40 mm nominal bore by providing and fixing suitable G.I. tee, including cutting, threading and fitting of G.I. pipes, applying approved jointing materials, tightening, alignment, leak testing and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete with all necessary fittings and accessories, all as specified and directed.

Including cutting, fitting, alignment, making joints with approved CPVC solvent cement/threaded connections as applicable, testing for leakage and making the installation complete in all respects, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of CPVC ball valve of 40 mm nominal outer diameter, suitable for hot and cold water supply system, complete with CPVC connections, necessary adaptors, fittings, jointing materials and accessories. Including cutting, fitting, alignment, making joints with approved CPVC solvent cement/threaded connections as applicable, testing for leakage and making the installation complete in all respects, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of CPVC tank union of 40 mm nominal outer diameter, suitable for hot and cold water supply system, complete with all necessary CPVC components, washers, nuts, adaptors, jointing materials and accessories. Including making connection to water storage tank, cutting and fitting as required, jointing with approved CPVC solvent cement/threaded connections, testing for leakage and making the installation complete in all respects, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of CPVC union of 40 mm nominal outer diameter, suitable for hot and cold water supply system, complete with all necessary CPVC components, threaded ends, washers, jointing materials and accessories. Including cutting, fitting, alignment, jointing with approved CPVC solvent cement/threaded connections as applicable, testing for leakage and making the installation complete in all respects, all as specified and directed.
