Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking strip on Bituminous Surface of specified shade/ colour of 2.5 mm thick including 1.5 Refractive index reflectorizing glass beads @ 250gm/sqm .Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35:2015. Initial Dry reflectivity RL shall be > 250 mcd/sqm/lux measured in the initial 7 days and sustained reflectivity RL of 100 mcd/sqm/ lux and Qd of 100 mcd/sqm/ lux measured at the end of 2 years by means of a Standard Reflectometer of Zehntner, Easylux, Delta make capable of measuring RL & QD both according to IRC 35:2015 clause 15.5. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and in accordance with applicable specifications.(Refer MORTH Clause 803 for technical Specification and Performance for IRC 35:2015).

"Providing and applying Cold plastic paint two component rolled on surfacing material solvent free,high build two pack seamless,tough,skid resistant, material with has property of attaining 2.00mm thickness in single coat application white(or as required colour) based on glass and colour retaining acralic cross linking resin system for coloured road surfacing including surface cleaning and cost of all material etc. complete. (All inclusive on bitumen or concrete surface) work shall carried out as per IRC 35-2015 clause 2.2)"( IRC- 35-2015)

Providing and Laying of 2 or more sets (6 Nos. each set) Dual Ribs Pattern Rumble Markings on roads with vehicular speeds of more than 50 Km/hr laid as per the spacing recommended for each set under Table 11.1 and Fig. 11.2 of IRC 35:2015 using Plastirib 2K, or equivalent 2 component cold plastic profiled material. Each Dual Rib pattern rumble marking shall have width of 500 mm. Each dual rib pattern rumble marking shall have 2 ribs each of Width of 100 mm and height 20 mm. Gap between two ribs shall be 300 mm. Each rumble marking shall be made complete with drop on Soild Plus reflective glass beads @ 300 gm / One Square Metre spread throughout the surface of marking. The finished surface to be levelled, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including surface cleaning and cost of all materials etc. complete.( IRC- 35-2015)

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.( IRC- 35-2015)

Supplying and fixing of Swareflex or equivalent Metal Road Studs with shank, made of die-cast aluminum alloy molded body, size 100 mm × 100 mm × 19.8 mm, shank size 50 mm, having reflective panels of 34 glass reflective elements embedded in plastic and tilted at 19 degrees to provide the highest reflectivity. Reflective panels shall be in yellow, red, and white plastic with yellow, red, white, or green glass elements. The weight of the aluminum stud shall not be less than 370 grams. The studs shall have a compressive strength test certificate of 40 tons in accordance with ASTM D4280-04 and shall successfully pass retro-reflectivity tests as per EN1463 Part 1 & Part 2 from a reputed international laboratory. The bidder shall attach a product warranty certificate against breakage and loss of reflectivity from the manufacturer for 3 years from installation. Fixing of road studs shall be done using a recommended two-component epoxy after drilling a 60 mm hole in the road for the shank to go inside. ( MORTH)
