Earth work excavation above water level in light or sandy or clay soils for infiltration well of 4.50m dia ( internal) including leveling the site and as directed by the departmental officers open well excavation for infiltration well for first depth of 1.00m

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm HBG metal for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or Roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3, 12mm thick and with Kraft paper without claming etc., as directed by the department officers as per standard specification.

First depth of 2.0m

Third depth of 2.0m

Porous concrete in CC 1:2:4 ( one cement and four hard broken jelly of size 20mm) for steining of infiltration well excluding cost of centering but including curing etc., complete and as directed by the TWAD Board officers.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" etc., complete

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering in CEMENT MORTAR 1:5 20mm thick in Including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges including etc., as per standard specification.

Supply, delivery and fixing in position 50mm thick RCC 1:1.5:3 manhole cover slab of size 0.60 x 0.60m with necessary RCC and MS angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick fixed alround the edges of the slab complete and as directed by the TWAD board officers.

Supply, delivery and fixing of CI steps in position at 30cm center to center in staggered manner and as directed by the TWAD board officers.

Providing ventilating arrangement by fixing in position 160mm OD PVC 6 ksc pipe with PVC cowl and as directed by the TWAD board officers.

Providing confirmatory bores to ascertain sand depth and locating well site before commencing the work.

Providing for cutting edge using 12g MS sheets including the cost of fabrication welding and placing in position in the curb including supply of the MS Sheet

Painting two coat of Plastic emulsion paint over wall plastering surface with best approved first quality of approved colour over the one coat of priming etc., complete complying with standard specification (The paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works )

Plugging the bottom of the well with coarse sand of approved sizes and grade as directed by the board officers.
