Maintenance of gardens located at different areas within DPPS by engaging 04 No. existing Un-skilled labour of perennial nature with 18 days engagement per month per labour wgaes to whom to be paid as per prevailing labour rate inside DPL Plant Premises (detailed under the payment terms of the NIT) for a period of 02(Two) years in an efficient, proper & satisfactory manner with sufficient deployment of manpower using sufficient quantities of fertilizers, pesticides/herbicides, tools and tackles, plantation, seasonal flower seedling mentioned as per enclosed annexure ‘A-1’ for necessary scope, areas and materials of work as directed by the EIC complete . This item includes the cost of labour, Tools and tackles (Kodal, Gaity, fork, Flat Kurpi, Spray gun, seedling can, rubber hose, hedge cutter, Sprinkler etc) and Lawn Mowing for 02 (Two) times a year on Mexican Grass including hire charges of Lawn mower and Labours. But excludes the cost of Fertilizers, Pesticides/Harbicides, Plantation, and Seasonal Flower Seedling.
