MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS SCHEDULE 'A' PART VI INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix for CP jet spray with holder for EWC, 1.5m long complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix for LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 36 watt, 220 volt AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders and LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling all as per Cat No.LCTLRNE-36-FO-CDL of make Crompton or equivalent model in make Philips/ Wipro including connecting up with driver three core 0.5 Sqmm size flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 5 watt, 220 volt AC decorative type with driver, holder and LED lamp all as per Cat No.CCS-103-05-65-SL-DP-NWH of make Crompton or equivalent model in make Philips/ Wipro including connecting up with three core 0.5 Sqmm size flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for LED light fitting 1x18 watt, 220 volt AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light all as per Cat No.LUMILINE+BS18WLED830SPCSS of make Havells or equivalent model in make Philips/ Wipro connecting up with three core 0.5 Sqmm size flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.0 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and connected to main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate), pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 8 cm thick reinforced with and including 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia MS bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, filling charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 15 mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I . (Note: GI earth strp and protection pipe upto 7.5metres shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate).

Material and labour for sub class 'B', old size bricks for cable protection cover, common burnt clay building bricks, laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent bricks not exc.10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made outdoor type double door powder coated LT panel of size not less than 1.5m x 1.0m x 0.6m weather proof made out of MS sheet 3.15mm thick and mounted on angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 5mm having aluminium bus bar of capacity 250 Amps TPN each with digital multi function meter with RS-485-02 Nos with CT's 200/5 (Set of three), RYB indicator lamp and wiring of panel with suitable size of copper conductor cable, thimbles etc dully embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 and 30cm all around the outer dimension of panel including gap for insertion of cable having bottom of panel at height of 45cm above the ground levelwith cable entryglands as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed comprising of following accessories:- Incoming:- (i) MCCB 200 Amps, 4 pole 25 KA-01 No. Outgoing:- (i) MCCB 125 Amps, 4 pole 25 KA-03 No. Note: All MCCB should be of adjustable type.

SEWAGE Supply and fix for LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type soil, PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in base of septic tank, vent shaft, connection etc conventional complete for 25 users complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of soak well of size 1.20m x 3.00m complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.
