Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averageing 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc.in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each layer in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out in soft/loose soil and removing surplus soil not exceeding 50 mtr and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified.

Material & labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded agg) as in foundations filling , sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick with coating AZ-150 gsm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick with coating AZ-150 gsm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ridge/fascia/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for steel work in tubular trussess/ purlins including special shaped washer etc. using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment including necessary welding etc. conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5 cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor and surface finished fair & even (PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels of size not exc 2m x 2m or as directed) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 1.5mm thick and 38mm wide plastic dividing strips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint havingV OC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a on site replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Supply and fixing wall mounting bracket (suitable for fixing/holding street/security light fittings) made of 40mm bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ not less than 1.20m long, bent to shape at required angle, fixed to wall with & including mild steel clamps (02 Nos) made out of flat iron 50x6mm with nuts, bolts & washers, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure powder coated for MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 amps rated bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 230 V, 6 Amps to 32 Amps 10 KA rating ISI marked and connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 230 V, 32 Amps 16 KA rating ISI marked and connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel perforated pipe electrode 40mm bore buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.25 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron 4mm dia wire as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 2 of SSR Part-I connected to panel/pole/bus bar complete all as specified and testing on completion, including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from test point to main board and 1.75mtr long 20mm GI medium grade perforated at bottom watering pipe funnel, PCC earth pit and 40mm thick RCC cover reinforced with XPM of 4Kg/sqm weight and frame of angle 40x40x6mm, 2 handles of 6mm MS bar, charcoal, salt and GI wire including excavation and earth work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits, DWC pipe and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, laying and jointing 40mm bore GI light grade protection pipe with all fittings for passing of cable fixed to pole, wall, or laid in trenches including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing HDPE DWC pipe of outer dia 63mm and inner dia 51 mm for laying of cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.
