SCHEDULE 'A' PART - V MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS (Note for Item No 5.00 to Item No 12.00 : Bidder shall insert their rates for each of these items separately in Green filed under Col-6. The estimated rate column 05 is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES.)

External Water Supply

Supply & laying Ductile Iron Spigot/Socket pipe of 150 mm bore (class-K9) including push on rubber gasket joint and including connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Valve chambers/ pit of size 1200mmX1200mmX 900mm masonary for sluice valve , complete with chamber cover made out of steel sheet of thickness 4mm, including suitable handle and frame embedded in PCC (1:3:6) and painting complete all as specified and directed. (Note: no extra payment on account of Earth work shall be made to the contractor)

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning centrifugal pump set coupled with suitable size electric motor 3 phase, 415 V, Head of 44 Meter and Discharge cap 22.5 Litre per second complete of 1450/1500 RPM, mounted on MS channel/common base plate and fitted with suitable bolts grouted in PCC foundation 30cm above ground level, including copper electric cable 6sqmm 3 core drawn in GI pipe from starter to motor,pressure gauge , including supply and fixing of following accesories a) suitable size foot valve- 01 Nos suitable for suction of pump, b) suitable size Non return valve- 01 Nos.suitable for delivery of pump c)Suitable size Gate Valve-01 Nos suitable for delivery of pump d) Suitable size Motor Starter-01 Nos, e)suction pipe as per site requirement f) Delivery Pipe as per site g) 20mm GI pipe line for priming h) 20mm Gun metal valve (priming Valve)-01 Nos requirment etc all as per site requirement or complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Water level Sensors having 10 level indicator with 11 sensors in proposed Over Head Reservoir with display at Pump House installlation, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Wire connection including PVC conduit medium grade 20mm for Water level sensors and indicator of twelve core including installlation, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aviation obstruction light fitting with LED not less than 300 Nos red colour illumination yellow painted die cast aluminium alloy housing with polycarbonate enclosure including sub main wiring with 2 core 2.5 sqmm PVC cable in steel conduit size 20mm complete from light fitting to panel /DB and mounted on suitable size GI pipe including accessories and connection complete all as specified and directed

S&F time switch 250V, single phase of max 20 A rated with power contactor including steel enclosure complete all as specified and directed
