Re-sinking of 11(eleven) Nos. 100 mm dia Piezometric Tube, 70 m deep below existing ground level for monitoring of water level in the district of Malda under Surface Water Investigation Division No. V, Raiganj for the year 2024-25.

Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)

Surface dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed

Drilling of bore hole of suitable diameter upto required depth by water jet system through any type of soil including hire and labour charges for boring pipes,scaffolding, other tools and plants etc. and taking out the same all complete and other incidental works in this connection The bore hole should have minimum 65 mm gap in between outside of the tube well pipe and the bore. ii) for lowering 100 mm dia GI/PVC pipe

(a) Extra over rate of drilling in soil for boring through hard compact clay by rotational hand sludge method including hire and labour charges for boring pipes, scaffolding, other tools and plants etc. and taking out same complete (total boring by this method not to exceed seven metre).

Labour charges for lowering of pipe, strainers blank pipe etc. and fitting, fixing the same including cutting, threading where necessary complete including bucket washinq and other incidental works in this connection 100 mm dia GI Blank pipe Bottom Plug with cutter, Brass Jacketted / stainless steel strainer.

Washing and development by pumping with 30 cum per hour capacity pump for a period till sand free water comes out and the discharge is about 30 cum per hour, followed by final yield test; inclusive of all tools, plants and scaffolding and hire charge of submersible pump, generator etc.

Electrologging of bore hole of different dia tubewell for locating water bearing strata and saline acquifer, if any, after conducting relevant geophysical tests. All test reports, complied data and raw data sheets should be submitted to the E.I.C.( Cost is inclusive of all charges for equipments, labour data aquisition & compilation of data sheets as per direction of the E.I.C )

Charges for Mobilisation of drilling equipments, tools and plants etc. And transportion of departmental materials from Sub-divisional store to work site and returning excess departmental materials if any, to Sub-divisional store after completion of work.

Painting with ready mixed Black Japan of approved make and brand including smoothening surface. (b) Two coat.

Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Base Block of (600x600x300mm) for fixing base of p,tube.

Packing annular space between the out side of the housing pipe and the bore with puddled clay balls of approved size as per direction of E.I.C. with cost of all materials and labour complete.

Supply of gravel for use as Pack in tubewell of 2 mm to 4 mm size(as per IS: 4097) and gravel treatment of tubewell including screening, washing,cleaning etc. of the gravels at the site all complete as per direction of the E.I.C. for sites within 4 Km for all weather metal road.

Supplying fitting and fixing PVC Casing pipes ISI marked , IS-12818 (c) 100 mm dia 5 mm thick a) 100 mm dia

Supplying 100 mm dia. 5 mm thick screen Ribbed (Medium) of approved make with adapter conforming to I S specifications . 1) 100 mm dia.

Supplying, fitting and fixing including supplying of suitable joining compound for fixing on position, threading, if necessary etc all complete. II)100 mm dta CI cutter piece upto 450 mm long with socket . iii) 100 mm dia

Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS . 1239 End Plug . iii) 100 mm dia

Supply of G 1 plain tee of approved brand and make 100 Dia.

Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS 1239 100 mm Dia Socket.

Supplying fitting and fixing G.l cap at top 100 mm Dia.

Supplying. fitting & fixing of M S supporting clamps in two halves of 250 mm x 65 mm x 8 mm size with two (2) nos. of bolt of 12 mm dia 65 mm long with necessary nuts, washers etc provided on either side of the clamp i.e total 4 nos of bolts with nuts springs arid fiat washers for holding & supporting 50180 mm tube well assembly on concrete block.

Supplying. fitting and fixing in position G I pipes of TATA make tot underground works with all necessary accessones,specials viz socket bend tee, union, cross. elbow. nipple. short piece etc. including cost of all jointing materials,cutting pipes.making threads,cutting trenches upto 1 5 metre below surface in all sorts of soil and refilling the same as directed with two coats of painting on G I pipes and specials with bituminous paint complete in all respect . 100 mm dia.(Payrnent will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials No separate payment will be made for accessories. Specials Payment for painting Will be made seperately).

Supply and delivery of Bentonite Powder conforming to IS 6186. 1986 1 Kg/M depth. .
