Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

S&F Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:4.(Colour & Pattern as approved by Engr-in-charge).

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) 450x350 or 350x250 x6-7mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed.(Colour & Pattern as approved by Engr-in-charge).

S&F For Heavy duty Non - skid Vitrified12mm thick (square/ rectangular) of each tile n exc 0.18 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigments to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:6 complete. (Colour & Pattern as approved by Engr-in-charge).

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L Hard core of gauge n exc 63 mm broken stone deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick Cement Concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base to floors.

M&L for providing 40 mm thick Cement Concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone agg) as in floor etc,

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (20 mm graded aggregate)100 mm thick as in paving path floors finished even and fair and making impression white the concrete is green.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out jionts hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement plaster (1:4) 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface and applying Two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer

Providing WPC cup board shutter/ patitions of thickness 18 mm ( ±0.25 ) consisting of desired size fixed to WPC frame work as in shutters and shelves of cabinets, cupboards fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed.

S&F auto concealed hydraulic stainless steel spider/butterfly hinges suitable for cupboards complete all as directed.

S&F 75 mm size Aluminium handles, cast type, anodised fixed with screws complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over and incl 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered wall surfaces by washing,rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion over a 1 mm thick wall care putty smooth finishing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no.3 above but on ceiling.

M&L Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel work of any description exc 10 cm width or grith not otherwise specified and applying one coat of syntheic enemal paint.

All as per item no. 5 above but wooden surfaces

M&L Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applaying one coat of Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified

M&L Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applaying one coat of cement based paint.

M & L for applying the first coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic New or equivalent in other brands at a rate of 2 sq. m./ltr./coat and then applying a second coat at 90° to the first coat at the rate of 2 sq. m./ltr./coat. over a coat of self priming Dr.fixit Roofseal classic new or equivalent in other brands (diluted with water in the ratio of 2:1 at the rate of 1 lit /10 sqm) including preparation of surface by removing loose particles/dust as per manufacturer instructions on dry surface of source of seepage/ leakage points complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in charge.
