(i) Railways reserve the right to procure the bulk / full quantity from CLW approved Vendors [ for Chain PL No: 29101074 etc. to CLW Item ID : 2100242] as per Clause 16.3 under Section 2 of Eastern Railway General Tender Conditions.[GTC attached] (ii) The status of the firm shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless a case of removal / suspension / banning / downgrading.
In case of authorized dealers, firm has to upload tender specific authorization along with their offer; otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.

Bidder should go through the Tender document, IRS Conditions of contract, General Tender conditions of Eastern Railway, Special conditions [if any] and other Conditions specified/attached with the Tender. 2. In case of Authorized Dealer, bidder has uploaded Authorization Certificate along with offer. 3. Bidder has deposited required EMD amount as applicable as the case may be. 4. In case of micro and small enterprises, firm has submitted documentary evidence of being micro or small enterprises for tendered item in the certificate issued by nodal agencies as per public procurement policy. 5. The bidder has uploaded document like copies of Receipt Notes, Inspection Certificates etc. in support for their performance/Credentials as the case may be.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
