Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation. (Laying of under ground cables) in soft/loose soil and getting out all as directed.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 3 mtr depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed..

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil all as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of PVC cable with approved sand of uniform thickness, laid dry, by filling in trenches and punning to proper required cover all as directed.(Note:-Panned thicknes only measured and paid).

Supply and fix precast concrete cable cover , class , HV , Type I flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid dry in trenches over under ground cables all as directed..

Supply and laying of fly ash bricks of best qualitylaid flat equal to width of bricks, perpendicular to UG cable over the dry sand cushioning, for cable protection as directed.

Supply, Laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded, galvanized steel strip or round wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty earthed system), with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable end termination joint kit heat shrinkable outdoor termination type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11KV 3 core 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm HT XLPE armoured UG cable (Earthed) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable end termination joint kit heat shrinkable indoor termination type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11KV 3 core 50 Saqmm to 95 Sqmm HT XLPE armoured UG cable (Earthed) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable straight through joint kit heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11KV 3 core 50/70/95 Sqmm HT XLPE armoured UG cable (Earthed) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper wound step down (11/0.433KV) transformer outdoor type oil cooled with standard fittings three phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit all as per IS: 1180 Level 1 of capacity 315KVA complete as per following specification :(i) Dyn11 Connection (Vector Group) (ii) Off load tap changer 6 steps / 7 position with tapping Range- (+)5% to (-)10%@2.5 (iii) Total loss not exceeding 1.1KW at 50% load and 3.275 KW at 100% load (iv) 4.5% impedance at 75°C (v) Temp Rise (oil/Wdg.)- 40/45°C (vi) Standard fittings are stem type OTI, Explosion vent, Silica gel breather, oil level gauge, Roller, Earthing terminal, sampling valve, filter valve including first filling of transformer oil complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations of poles,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Multistandarded Copper Conductor cable of 3 Core 1.5 Sq mm size drawn through steel tubular poles for interconnection of cable looping box to Street Light Fitting all as directed.

S&F Pole box with suitable terminal connector for single/three phase connctions loop in and out 10 to 16 Sqmm 2/4 core aluminium armoured cable branch out 1.5 Sqmm single core copper PVC insulated cable enclosed in a thermoplastic polysterene/polycarbonate enclosure which should be shock proof safe IP 66/67 weather proof, rust proof, dust proof, water proof, flame retradant glow wire test at min 75°C internally embeded gasket with provision for cable entry through IP 66/67 themoplastic metric size glands and/or grommets enclosure size (155 x 210 x 92mm LBH), GI clamps made out of GI flat of size 25mm X 3 mm channel including making connections all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Stright through joint of size 240 Sqmm 3½ core regin cast complete heat shrinkable outdoor type LT PVC / XLPE cable upto 1.1 KV complete with all accessories and generally conforming to IS 8438/1977 Note: Excvation & Earth work shall be mesured & paid sepreately in respective item of this sch.

M&L for outdoor type Busbar Chamber fabricated by CRCA sheet 3.15mm and 60mmX60mmX6mm angle iron frame with front and back side opening with locking arrangement suitable for 600 Amps aluminium Busbar 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire AC supply system mounted on DMC insulators of size 750mmX500mmX350mm , painted using powder coating technology complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount. GI pipe medium grade 40mm & 80mm dia shall be issued under Sch 'B' store.
