Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification clause for grading I material including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing , laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/ base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100KN (Eighty to hundred kilo newton) capacity to achieve the desired density including lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per tables 400.11 & 400.12 and technical specification clause 406. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and applying evenly a primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1)on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg (zero point seventy kilogram to one point zero kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. and other incidentals.The rate including octroi royality,malkana toll taxes,GST, labour cess or taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg.per sqm(Zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram)per square metre.on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification .clause 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential. The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying 60mm(sixty millimetre) thick dense graded bituminous macadam grading-II with 100-120 TPH ( one hundred dash one hundred twenty ) batch type HMP producing an average output of 75(seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder(VG-30) @ 4.00 to 4.5%(four point zero zero into four point five percent) by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm (thirty millimetre) thick with 9.5mm ( nine point five millimetre) nominal minimum aggregate size with 100-120 TPH ( one hundred to one hundred twenty tonne per Hour) (Hot Mix Plant) producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.5% (five point five per cent) minimum agrregate grading as per table 500.15 and Filler @ 2% ( two per cent) of weight of aggregates as per clause No. 509.2.4.2 design mix as per clause 509.4.3.2 transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,camber, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH -2014 specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects The Hot Mix Plant should be situated with in the distance of 30Km (thirty kilometre) from work site.including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but exclusive GST. which shall be paid saparatly..

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five millimetre )thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms ( at the rate of two hundred fifty gram per square metre )per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm(two point five millimetre ) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.including carriage of materail within all leads and lifts .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
