Supply and fix 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed panelled door shutters, (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneered on both faces and rail and stiles as per IS 1003(Pt-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick 2nd class Hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to received glass/gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded and mitred , beads for securing glass etc the size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 30mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton window shutters, open rebated and prepared to received glass/gauge etc (with sash bars) divided in squares with plain, chamfered or rounded and mitred, and rebated sash bar any number for securing glass etc the size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 30mm thick flush shutters solid core construction with particle board core and plywood face panels, one face covered with decorative face veneer with lipping / frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing single coat of epoxy bond adhesive of prepared non metallic surface (existing surface) and applying by brush all as per manufacturers instruction/ specification. The bonding agent shall have minimum compressive strength of 40 N/Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and application of Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the steel surface by brush the primer shall have a minimium specific gravity 1.75 minimum weight film thickness/coat 40 microns and minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5N/mm2 including cleaning and removing loose concrete from steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, mixing and application of two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The mortar can be applyied in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimium compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of modified polymer mortar to be used @ 6 ltr/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimium compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimium flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge upto 25 mm average thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar complete all as specified and directed. (Make :CONPLAST X421IC of Fosroc /SIKA No 1 of SIKA/equivalent brand of PIDILITE)

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall by spray machine after cleaning the surface by Vacuum based sanding machine, washing down etc having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Guarantee of smart periodical shall be 5(five) years from the date of completion of the work.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by Vacuum based sanding machine, washing down, removal of nail etc & filling cracks/hole with putty, and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint by spray machine on plastered surface, having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Guarantee of smart periodical shall be 5(five) years from the date of completion of the work.
