Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar rendering , bedding , removing serviceable tiles to store and disposal of rubbish outside MD land all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. (Note : The cost of Removal of material outside of MD land deemed to be included in quoted rate and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account)

M&L glazed coloured ceramic joint free tiles 300x600x7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dado laid over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. (Note :- Tile master from the tile manufacturer to be provided in tilling work and the cost of tile master is deemed to be included in quoted rate)

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. (Note :- Tile master from the tile manufacturer to be provided in tilling work and the cost of tile master is deemed to be included in quoted rate)

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) stair/railing/Duct /grating /drain with cover made of channels, plates,angles etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the duct with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the wall and floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.) all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid beded & pointed in any type of mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick granite(of any type) work (table rubbed & polished ) in window door cills/jambs , platform like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

M&L for Granite 25 mm thick in (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in black leather finish granite for top surface of steps tread, skid surface etc and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

M&L for granite using 25 mm thick granite for urinal partition/ vertical surfaces etc. in cement morter 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge

M&L 20mm to 25mm thick unpolished cuduppah stone slab as in below granite stone and vertical support and like incl necessary jointing and pointing and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs (one edge), such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & pavings of any description and in any position including removal of debries outside of MD land all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. (Note : The cost of Removal of material outside of MD land deemed to be included in quoated rate and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account)

M & L 75 mm plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base incl water proofing compound or simillar work all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. (Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately)

Supply only intergal water proofing compound

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment to sunken slab, floors and wall of WC, WHB and urinals, as mentioned below :- (a) Special tratment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness,removal rubbish outside MD land (b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet/Bath/WC/Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust, etc (c) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or eqvt). (d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape" and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or eqvt. Nahani traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. (e) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100 mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(f) In the remaining area, in dry sustrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first coat is dry. Extend the coating upto 150 mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproof coating "Dr Fixit Pidifin 2 K" or eqvt can be further applied right upto 2.1 mm to waterproof the shower area also, it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely. (g) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50mm thick concrete screed M-15 type B-0 mxed with integral WPC(liquid) laid to the slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall including flll up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 etc complete all as per manufacturers instruction and all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. Note: (i) Water proofing work to be carried out by authorised applicator of approved manufacturer only. (ii) Each stage of water proofing treatment shall be approved by GE before commencement of next stage of treatment.

Dismantling of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) not exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water including removing debries outside of MD land etc all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. (Note : The cost of Removal of material outside of MD land deemed to be included in rate quoted of this item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account)

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 finishing even & smooth without using extra cement on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. .

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 finishing even & smooth without using extra cement on ceiling all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

De-watering of water from OH tanks of any size completely cleaning the tanks throughly by using coustic soda/ bleaching powder all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:4 finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) as in water tank all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Preparation of new plasterred surfaces and applying 2 coats of polymer modified mortar food grade of make Dr Fixit pidifin 2K / Home shield Latex shield 2K/ or any approved make on an interval of 6 hrs. Before filling water let it cure for 7 days Rinse twice before finally filling the water all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facing where reqd and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps , lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing,Electric line/concealed wire etc and making good, cutting exe 10cm but n.exe 20cm girth all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Taking down window chowkhats or frame and refixing in same opening after getting necessary repairs/easning and providing necessary fittings of size n.exc 1.5 Sqm each all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Taking down door chowkhats or frame and refixing in same opening after getting necessary repairs/easning and providing necessary fittings of size exc1.5 Sqm and n exc 4 sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.
