Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water storage tank exc 500 ltr but n ecx 1000 ltr complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel water tubing (GI Pipe) and connections complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade over sand cushion ( Note- Sand will be measured and paid separately)

Supply & fixing Grating doom 100mm dia of PTMT (Minimum weight 25gms) as reqd at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) gully trap setting and jointing with solvent cement concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (PCC) 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings kneelers, apex stones,bed plates/bed blocks, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 10 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,in CM(1:4)mixed with water proofing compound surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M & L for cutting of bushes small trees ( Peepal small plants etc) trunks shrubs of any dia and girth from roof projection, chajjas, wall junction parapet etc at any height by necessary demoliton of brick work etc if requried and making good distrubed surfaces to match with existing finihes with and incl material and labour in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC /PCC 1:3:6 type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) / Brick work in CM 1:4 as required at site and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic white /light shade tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm / .06 Sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/light shade cement to match complete laid with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (Cement concrete) 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for floor finishes complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, sealed with integrated EPDM rebber washer for water tight fixing and side laps to be stiched using Alluminium pop rivets fixed on top of roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valleygutter, drip fixed with self tapping screws (girth as fixed) complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing etc., and making good, cutting exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm girth all asspecified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc including notching, drilling, fittings, reveting and / or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including revets or bolts and nuts),conf to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel flat iron as in wind ties including cutting drilling holes and securing bolts confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F second class hard wood (Sal) plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made plain framed, panelled door shutters (two panel) of IInd class hard wood rail and styles with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply. The size of rail and style as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified.

S&F 35mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeltron door shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge etc divided into square with plain chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars any number complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Size of member of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 clause 8.20 (a).

S&F 30mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeltron window shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge etc divided into square with plain chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars any number complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Size of member of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 clause 8.20 (b).

S&F solid PVC door frame actory made of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet, reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in same opening complete as all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top, bottom and side rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat molded plain colour PVC “C” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fixed in the MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement and fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.
