Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm X 600 mm), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 50 mm x 8 mm M.S.flat iron pole top bracket cross arm for single 11 KV OH line conductor complete with fixing clamps bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulators pins bolt and nut etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supplying of Channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm (7.14 kg per mtr). bracket cross arm for two 11 KV OH line conductor complete with 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm x 6 mm M.S Flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and including drilling holes for insulators pins bolt, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Erection of pole top and straight two wire angle iron channel cross arm on steel tublor/Rail pole for 11KV as required

Supplying of two length of channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm (7.14 kg / mtr ) double pole cross arm for three wire 11 KV OH line conductor complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm MS flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arm together, including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as requied.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11 KV over head lines as required.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.0 diameter and above including binding etc as required (.8 km x 3 wire = 2.4 km x 394 kg/ km = 945.60 kg)

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc as required. Conductor = 945.60 kg, Disc – 28 set x 5.5 kg = 154 kg, Pin – 45 set x 2.1 kg = 94.5 kg, G.I wire – 120 kg, Channel = 1.63 kg x 4 nos = 6.52 kg, 18.19 kg x 6 nos = 109.14 kg, Total = 1429.76 kg

Connection of 11KV OH jumper (during fault or re-connection during activity)

Patrolling, checking, testing of 11 KV OH line for routine maintenance and breakdown as and when required.

Providing of 11 kV, 400 A Male contact Blade suitable for Double Break GOS

Providing of 11 kV, 400 A Female contact Blade suitable for Double Break GOS

Repairing of 400 Amps, 11KV grade GOS after dismantling of burnt/defective one phase Male & Female fixed contact, copper wirenet - 1.5 mtr, moving contact etc and replace from the materials along setting it on the pole structure

Providing and fixing of cable hanger madde by angle with double clamp with nuts and bolts for cable as required.

Dismantling of one number PVC insulated PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of size above 120 sqmm and upta 400 sqmm from the existing masoary open duct as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of size above 120 sqmm and upta 400 sqmm in the existing masoary open duct as required.

Supply of 6 SWG G.I. wire.

Erection of cradle guard as required. 8 span x 48 nos = 384 nos.

Clamps, bolts nuts etc.

Providing of 10 mm X 25 mm long GI bolt with nut etc

Supply and making of outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete withall accessories including lugs suitable for following size 3 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required - 120 sqmm.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture for Numbering of poles. ( 7 cm size of one letter, 140 cm per pole x 200 nos = 28000 cm )
