Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring (light / fan / socket or power) complete including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, socket, light fittings, regulators etc. complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls ceiling etc. all as per existing including white washing, painting all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of two single core PVC cable PVC insulated 6/4 sqmm size cable including conduit or wooden batten and removing the material from site and making good the surfaces of walls, ceiling etc. all as per existing including white washing, painting all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable main switch/DB's complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated and unsheathed, FRLS cable, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade with universal colour code (Phase & Neutral), in and including PVC concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked) with accesories like bends, tee junction boxes etc. with sunk pressed steel terminal boxes and providing 3mm thick bakelite sheet top cover including earth wire of PVC insulated FRLS cable, copper conductor multi-stranded, 1.5 Sq.mm size in green colour, for one light /call bell/fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: (i) Contractor shall be provided 2 years written manufacturer’s warranty for the LED fixture complete including driver from the certified date of completion. (ii) Contractor shall be produce LM-79 & LM-80 report of NABL accredited laboratory from manufacturer's.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED flood light fitting of 50 watt in epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with, heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws controlled with potted CVCC type, BIS marked electronic driver duly enclosed of approved brand only in housing having protection against over voltage, short circuit and open circuit and surge protection against lightening of 5 KV minimum in circuit and 5 KV outside the driver but inside the fixture with IP-66, class-1 protection for LED and control gear compartments with high powder LED chips of rating 2.5 to 3 watt (maximum) with colour temperature 5700 K (Max) with secondary optics modular independent lenses provided with casing and caping to minimize glare and for better distribution of ligh suitable for voltage band 120 volts to 270 volts, power factor 0.95 (minimum) having efficacy 100 lumens/ watt all as specified and directed. Note : (i) All LED fittings shall be made in India only. (ii) All LED fittings shall have supporting LM-79 & LM-80 test certificate from Govt. approved NABL accredited lab showing the parameters duly signed by the local office bearer of manufacturer. (iii) All LED fittings shall have 2 years written warranty from local office bearer of manufacturer.

Supply and fixing in replacement of energy saving tube light LED luminaire including CRCA MS box batten fittings and 18 watt retro fit tube rod having terminally conductive material Lumen output 1000 lumens (min) 6200 K, power factor more than 0.90, IP-20 class-I protection, with built LED driver, surge protection up to 4 KV, operative on 140 volts to 270 volts AC supply, products must be made in India only, Complete prewired, connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Contractor shall provide 2 years written warranty for the LED fixture complete including driver from the certified date of completion from the local office bearer of manufacturers. (ii) Contractor shall produce LM-79 & LM-80 Report of NABL accredited Laboratory duly signed by the office bearer of manufacturer.
