Detailed survey including preparation of final tower schedule of route. Marking of location as required for diversion work.

Check survey & final peg marking as required for diversion work.

Soil Investigation Test (All Kind of Soil)

Design of 220KV special type mono pole Tower(30-60)(Bottom Cross arm height-34 Mtr.) lncluding anchor bolts, anchor plates, nuts, bolts, Washers & ladder etc. and all other accessories to complete in all respect.

Excavation of foundation of 220 KV Special Mono Pole Tower (30-60) (34 mtrs. Bottom Cross arms) including all earth work, back filling. ramming and levelling etc. Including cost or borrowed Earth (if required) and also setting of shuttering for beware collapsing of near about House, setting of Anchor Bolts and including foundation concreting with M- 20/25 grade concrete for all types Mono Pole Foundations including cost of Cement, sand, Stone, Ballast Forming Curing. Shorting Shuttering but Excluding Cost of reinforcement Steel Bars.

Complete Erection of 220 KV Special Mono Pole Tower (30-60) (34 mtrs. Bottom Cross arms) having all three phases i.e. R, Y & B with the help of Hydraulic crane of suitable capacity (crane including soil dressing. soil ramming. dismantling of wall and transportations.(note:- Monopole erection should be completed within 02 days from the date of shutdown)

Carriage of new material such as conductor, hardware, tower parts etc. from store to site.

Tack welding up to IInd section of Narrow Base D/C tower.

Anchoring of section towers by providing stay on cross arms of section towers before removal of old conductors including siutable fixing of stay rod by naking CC foundations and removal there of after completion of work ( one job per arm)

Laying stringing tensioning clamping jointing etc. complete with ACSR zebra conductor for D/C line (all 06 conductor) including hosting of insulators, fitting of all required hardware & accessories etc.(note:- Stringing of conductor should be completed within 02 days from the date of completion of erection)

Laying stringing , tensioning , clamping jointing etc. complete with OPGW.(note:- Stringing of OPGW should be completed within 02 days from the date of completion of erection)

Splicing & installation of joint box (24 fibre)

Earthing of tower with pipe type earthing incuding by putting the G.I pipe at least 600mm below ground level and at least 3650mm away from the tower itself and connecting the G.I strip of the pipe with bolt holes in the leg members joining the bottom most bracing of the tower by making about 300mm dia ,3750mm deep pit at a distance of not less than 3650mm away from the stubs and finally filling the pit with finally broken coke having the granules sizes not more than 25mm and salt in such a way that minimum cover of 125mm thick salt mixed coke shall be maintained around the pipe on all sides and the top edge of the pipe and G.I strip shall be at least 600mm below the ground level, complete in all respect as per technoical specifications, with all cost of men , materials, misc., consumables, T&Ps etc required for the job including the pipe type earthing set (02 no. for each tower to be earthed).

Destringing of OPGW including all accessories.

Dismantling of old 220KV towers.(Note: the tower parts will have to be dismantled with utmost care so that these tower parts are not damaged and can be reused)

Dismantling of ACSR deer conductor of both circuits including fittings. Armour rod , vibration damper insulator string etc. and attending blockage of NH for destringing with extra man power.

Safe loading transportation. Unloading and stacking of dismantled tower structure, conductor, OPGW etc. from workplace to Naubasta store. (distance- 01Km approx.)

Providing barricades for avoiding any accident during excavation of soils.

Hot line stringing between the towers (NBDD+18 and 220 KV Special Mono Pole Tower (30-60) (34 mtrs. Bottom Cross arms) ) crossing of the National highway(NH-86/NH-34) includes laying, tensioning, stringing, clamping, jointing etc. complete with ACSR Zebra of all Phases of both circuits including hoisting of insulator fittings of all neccessory hardware and accessories etc.(Note: No traffic block of NH will be arranged to complete the work)
