Floor Finish with Granolithic Flooring in CC 1:2:4 mix using 10 to 12mm chips including cost and conveyance of all matrials and labour etc.,

Paving the floor with scratch proof colour ceromic tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 20mm thick. And pointing with white cement 0.4kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complete

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing of walls with white glazed tiles of size 15cmx15cmx6 mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2 -10Sqm.

Refilling the basement with excavated earth other than Sand complying the Standard specification

Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete for 10 cum

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.
