Dismantlng. Clearng away and carefully stacking materals useful for reuse for any thickness of walls brick or stone masonry in cement mortar walls under 3m height etc complete complying with standard specification

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil, hard stiff clay, black cotton soil, hard red earth,shales, murram, and earth muds with 50% fair sized boulders as per SS 20B for narrow foundation.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering with necessary supports including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

CC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm metal including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm metal including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Suplying and fixing of cut stone set in cement mortar 1:3 using roughly dressed new cut stone etc complete complying with standard specifaication

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand with an initial load of 100mts. And depositing the earth as shown by the departmental officers in layers of not more than 15 cin thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc complete complying

Rainforcement Cement Concrete 1:1 1/2:3 using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but icluding curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams, etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS Steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and blinding wire all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and fixing best county wooden plug with 50mm dia MS screw gearing road 5m hight support on 2nos ISMB 125 RJ joists of 1.80m length and guide plate of 50x 30mm size 6mm thick with cast iron hexaonal head set and a collar plate of 300 x 300 x 6 mm thick fixed with neacessary bolts and buts and other fixture etc. complete as directed by the engineetr in charges

filling with river sand inculding cost and conveyavce of all materias to work site and all labour charges etc

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 mix using 20mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charge etc. complete
