Maintenance of non residential building D type qtr for tahasil staff at Badampahad for the year 2025-26

Dismantling and removing 2.5cm th grading concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and ramming the debris with in 50m lead etc with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

2.5cm thick grading concrete of proportion(1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm thick hard black granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including watering and curing etc.with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing debris etc. with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance royalties,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance royalties,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying Fitting & Fixing M.S Door chowkath with shutter made out of MS angles 50*50*06 mm Chowkaths ,35*35*03mm as Shutter frame & G.R. sheet 18 gauge with full fitting etc

Labour charges for fitting and fixing of M.S.Doors, Windows grills including cost of screw etc.complete but excluding cost of M.S.windows grills as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint to new wood/ iron work over a coat of primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, including cost conveyance and all taxes of all materials along with T&P required for the work including cost of paint & primer complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Distempering two coats with approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint (Weather coat) of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
