Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the submitted tender bid shall be liable to be rejected

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 25%) as prime contractor at-least such as any work of value not less than Rs. 21.12 Lakhs (25% of estimated cost of tender)

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt, orders as may be modified from time to time

The tenderer shall scan original Workdone certificates Turnover Statements and any other documents specified by the employer and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verification within one week from the date of Technical bid opening

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever

If the quoted bid amount is less than the tendered amount, the difference in amount shall be remitted in the from of FDR DD Bank Guarantee in the name of Commissioner HDMC Hubli from any of the Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled Banks and shall only be returned/refunded after the Completion of the Defect Liability Period

The Tenders/ Bids are invited as per Standard tender Bid Document KW3 The contractor shall attach all the requisite documents as required in the standard bid document. The Bidders shall abide as per the detailed instructions and conditions contained in standard bid document KW3

The contractors shall collect necessary samples as required & all relevant requisite tests to be got done by the registered institution or firms with consultants with the Third Party

The contractor has to make his own arrangements for procurement of all materials required for completion of the work in all respects. The contractor shall use relevant ISI mark materials for the work and also obtain necessary quality control certificates from the authorized quality control authority

Tender application amount shall not be refundable

The contractor shall carry out the work preferably in 2 shifts to expedite and complete the work in all respects well before the stipulated time

The Department is not responsible for any delay caused in accessing the e-procurement portal

The payments for the wok will be made depending upon the availability of funds

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight age of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2024-25

The time period for completion of the work is 03 months

The Applicable GST shall be paid separately

Bidder shall submit the List of works for which tenders already submitted and List of existing commitments and on going work

The contractor belonging to the SC Catagory shall be domicile of the State Government of Karnataka for more than 10 years. Hence Relevant Domicile Certificate of bidder for applying to work shall be scanned and upload in e-tender document
