PERIODICAL SERVICES IN MD AND OTM ACCN IN ZONE-I and II UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT

SMART PERIODICAL Note : For serial no 2 to 4 (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected. (c) Work will be strictly executed by mechnised means/tools as required for smart periodical services i.e. vacuum based sanding machine,mechanical mixer,grinder, roller etc). (d) The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be included necessary steel/wooden scafolding and from work as required upto 12m height building. (e) Contractor shall submit all the quantity of materials required for ser item no 4 of Acrylic Emulsion paint (Weather proof) in AGE B/R-II Office. Acrylic Emulsion paint bucket will be opened in the presence of Engr-in-Charge before applying.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls by mechanical means all as specified and directed. Note : Work will be strictly executed by mechanical means/tools as required for smart periodical services complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2mm thick wall care putty (of approved make) and rubbing with sand paper to make smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (weather proof) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 cm mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as described item ser no 6.00 here-in-before but except bricks any types but curved on plan to any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed . Note : The rate quoted by contractor for ser item no 8 and 9 is deemed to be included necessary steel/wooden scafolding and from work as required upto 12m height of building.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra complete all as specified and directed.
