Schedule 'A' Section - I

Disconnecting /unscrewing coupling for 220 HP pump set and seperating pump and motor, disconnecting all water connections from pump including suction and discharge pipe line and taking out the pump from base frame, transporting to workshop to carry out the necessary repairs and took back after repairs , installing on existing location ,making all the connections carefully, commissioning and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) All the Spares/ parts/ job repairs required to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately as under:- (ii) Machinery breakdown complaint to be attended within 12 Hrs and after repairing the same to be fixed and tested within 48 Hrs.

Supply and fixing in replacement of pressure gauge upto 100 Kg/sqcm and connected to pump set with and including syphon type pipe (as per existing sample), complete all as speciified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ball bearing 6314/6313, including replacement of old grease with new complete all as speciified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ball bearing 6319/6319-C3, including replacement of old grease with new complete all as speciified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of roller bearing NU 306/307/309, including replacement of old grease with new complete all as speciified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing electric motor and dismantling from foundation and transporting the same to the workshop for repairs and refixing the same on existing location after repair & making electric connection including testing and commissioning complete.The job including taking out burnt winding and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper wires as per existing guage and size including super quality of varnish and insulating material as required for 220 HP, electric motor complete all as speciified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Machinery breakdown complaint to be attended within 12 Hrs and after repairing the same to be fixed and tested within 48 Hrs.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm up to test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 25mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI earth wire protection pipe 50mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Cross arms bracings, support, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers etc, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and incl one coat of primer, and two coats of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles, sturts, blocks with and including necessary form work, and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI pipe 100 mm dia light grade along pole for covering cable including clamp, nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 63 mm outer dia confirming to IS: 14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing replacement PVC insulated cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded, single core copper 95 Sqmm, Grade As Per IS 7098 (Part -1) 1988 incl making electrical connection from main panel to starter and starter to motor, in suitable lengths as per site requirement and duly fixed with suitable size of copper lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of shock treatment chart printed in multi languages of standard size fixed on suitable wooden base frame, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement, Sign board for water supply installation /equipments (Pump, motors, Transformers, VCB, APFC Panel, Stabilizers etc,) name to be written on Acrylic board of blue color of size 60x10 cm of thickness 5 mm, letters shall be of white in color of size 5 cm, including fixing the board on suitable place near the equipment with self adhesive double sided tape or with hanging chain as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for pacific Hydrolube, Hydraulic oil of viscosity ISO-32/46 for pump lubrication and top up upto 80% in all pumps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of chlorine dosing pump model RA-11 electromagnetic type with accessories like anti siphon valve/ discharge tubing capable to driver 10LPH @ 6 kgs/cm squ back pressure and FRP solution preparation tank capacity : 100 Ltr with lid, port hole, onlet / outlet / drain connection, level guage etc and fitted with 960 RPM motor & PVC agitator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required at site Copper strip of size 20x3 mm incl providing insulators for copper earthing strip properly layout with angle of turn 90 degree and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement of coarse aggregates, grading I, 90 MM to 40MM for laying on ground under poles as base layer for HT 2 Pole and 4 Pole structure at certain water supply installation with outer boundary of bricks laid properly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Material and labour in replacement for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required at site GI strip of size 25x4 mm incl providing insulators for GI earthing strip properly layout with angle of turn 90 degree and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Amount of credit of Rs. 120074.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
