Description

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth up to a lead of 20 metres and lift up to 1.5 metres disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8( 1cement:4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work :- in foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½ :3 ( 1cement:1½ sand:3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Walls(any thickness but ot less than 0.1 mtr thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

In foundation footing etc.

Prov. Mild steel/ tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position i /c binding wire complete up to floor two level

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15 m.m thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5 m.m so as to givea fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plaiin concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs landings and the like

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2 sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Providing laying and jointing in trenches GMS tube (Medium class) of following dia meters as specified below jointed with butt welded according to relevant BIS code 816-1969 i/c all short pieces specified below jointed with butt welded according to relevant BIS code 816-1969 i/c all short pieces of approved specifications as per site conditions i/c flushing cleaning and hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipes should be confirm to BIS code 5822-1970 with all leads and lifts complete in al respects.

Providing and fixing M.S flanges confirming to BIS 6392-1971 (latest with up to date ammendment ) flanged dia, table and nominal pressure as specified below welded at both ends of pipe ( as per site conditions for the particular reach as required) according to revelant BIS code 816-1962 and provided with nuts and bolts of required size as per BIS code 1364 i/c 3mm thick compressed asbestor fibre gasket of synthetic rubber gasket confirming to revelant BIS code 2712-1965 complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing double flanged cast iron, sluice valve leader/Kilburn, Kirloskar/KSB/Bhel/ Touress/ Pelicon & other reputed firms for tanks and capable of with standing the normal seat pressure as per PN 1.6 ,IS: 14846 , CI body including two Nos. M.S flanges Table-5 duly welded in the pipe of with nut and bolts & Gasket sheet carriage of material all leads and lifts with upto date amendment with suction pipe complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work for pipes upto all depth in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including balling or pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring/ struting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unusable material/ soil separately and after laying and joining and testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm. layer including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for acess to houses, fencing etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
