Daily labour charges with bonus once in a year for Operation and guarding of 2 Nos. 12.5 HP Centrifugal pump Motor set of Zone-I, 2 Nos. 15 HP Centrifugal Pump Motor set and 3 Nos 6 HP Submersible pump along with LT Panels, Starters, Valves, Level Indicators, Voltage Stabilizer, Chlorine dosing pump and entire Yard lighting arrangement inside and outside of Pump house complete with all other electrical accessories and ancillaries for 24 hours a day and guarding the whole installation with accessories. Operation of pumping machinery shall be done as and when required as per direction of EIC. (5 Nos Operator to be engaged)

Periodical Supervision charges of Electrical / Mechanical installation by licensed Electrician having valid workmanship Permit as per specification along with Pump Technician / Supervisor to check fault free operation of the Vertical Turbine Pumps, submersible pumps, LT Panel, valves etc including incidental charges.

Day to day maintenance for upkeepment of all electrical & mechanical installation by engaging licensed electrician / mechanic as and when required by supplying all necessary material including cost of supply of Chlorine Test Kit required to execute maintenance as well as guarding work and Gardening work.
