Construction of 90 MLD STP at Rajapur and its appurtenant work
Survey, Investigation, Design, drawing and construction of 90 MLD STP along with 20 KLD Fecal Sludge co-treatment Facility and appurtenant structures and allied work at existing Rajapur STP campus, Prayagraj city with appropriate and cost effective technology on sustainable & proven technology to deliver that treated effluent shall comply with the NGT directed discharge standards (April 2019). The work includes all civil structure and supply & erection of electro- mechanical equipments, instrumentation control works i.e transformer, DG set of suitable capacity with necessary accessaries, HT/LT panel with cable joiting material, earthing, suitable capacity non-clog submersible pumps (MOC- casing -2% NiCr, Impeller-ASTM CF8M, Shaft & Shaft sleeve- ASTM SS 410) capable of pumping 100mm particle with necessary accessaries such as motor, gate, valve, manual / mechanical screen,grit mechanism, blower , Electro-magnetic flowmeter cum totalizer having characteristics/ MOC Liner : polyurethane or Hand Rubber / Electric MOC : SS316L/ Housing : Die Cast Aluminium or CS/ Power Supply : 90-230 V AC / Output: 4 - 20 mA with HART/ Sensor Cable : 10 mt / Flow Tube or Sensor housing protection IP68/ Process Flange : SS316/Display:31/2 LCD Display/ Cable Connection: 1/2" NPT /Accuracy: 0.5% etc. for the proposed STP including power connection from the meter room of UPPCL, all required buildings including office cum laboratary building , campus roads, water supply system , sewerage & drainage system, guard room, rain water harvesting works, external & internal electrification including lighting arrangement , boundary wall, site development, plantation, PLC and SCADA with display screen in appropiate size, stand by power arrangement etc complete.
Operation & Maintenance of all civil and E&M works of 90 MLD STP along with 20 kld co-treatment facility at Rajapur, effluent gravity line, associate infrastructure and allied work for 15 years (excluding cost of power). Note :- 1. In column no. 16 indicative flow and in column no. 17 Net Present Value (NPV) factor is mentioned infront of relative year. 2. Bidder has to quote the price for related year, its present value will be calculated based on NPV factor and NPV will be used for evaluation purpose only and quoted price will be used for Bid contract value. 3. Survey, review of design and re-design if required, Supply & laying of 1800 mm dia of RCC NP4 pipe from STP to outfall point with suitable outfall structure to discharge effluent with protection work true to alignment and slope as per design, Socket / spigot pipes, rubber rings jointing materials and specials from store to the work lowering the same in to the trenches up to depth as specified below G.L. true to alignment and gradient, barricading of site, traffic diversion arrangement, dismantling of roads, mechanical/ manual excavation, dewatering (as per requirement), shoring & timbering with mild steel/ wooden planks, construction of required class beddings, construction of RCC manholes upto HFL in accordance with the provisions laid down in latest version of IS 4111 (Part 1), refilling of trenches with proper compaction including disposal of surplus earth with in 8 km radius, temporary reinstatement of dismantled roads, cost of all jointing material, testing & commissioning etc. complete including supply of all material, labour, T&P and construction of RCC manhole as per design etc. required for proper completion of work.

Microtunneling under bund for laying of 1800 mm dia RCC NP4 pipe Effluent carrier pipe line including Supply of 2500 mm dia 25 mm thick mild steel casing pipe with inside 2 coats of food grade epoxy painting over 1 coat of epoxy primer and outside 2 coats of anti-corrosive red oxide primer as per specification and Installation of product pipe by Guided Auger Bored method including making of entry and exit pits, all related civil works like excavation, shoring/strutting, etc., shielded excavation through auger boring process, lowering of pipe segments in the jacking pit, laying and jointing of product pipeline through jacking process from the jacking pit, construction of required manholes and restoration of site after project completion.
