S&F MCB SPN 63 Amps, 240 Volts, 50HZ 16 KA C series making electrical connection with help of lugs / thimbles all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L RCC septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design mix in walls, Base slab, Baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for 50 users.

M&L soakage wells excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size (1.8 M dia x 3.0 M )

CHAIN LINK FENCING

M &L for Steel Gate 6.5m wide and 2.1m high incl Excavation in hard/dense soil, in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m deep, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation, RCC M-30 grade column footing and RCC M-30 in Column with necessary reinforcement steel, fabrication and errection of steel gate Center to center distance with necessary pintol hinges, locking and bolting arrangement incl painting,Providing 20mm Thk Granite cladding to column over rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including returning filling in spreading levelling watering and well ramming and removal of surplus excavated materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only mild steel security chain link fencing 60mmx 60mm with PVC coated mesh made out of 3mm dia MS wire and 1.00mm thick PVC coating throughout fixed to MS post including wire complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M & L for cutting in position existing 100mmx100mmx50mm bore GI water mains and taking branch connection 50mm dia tapping in position, supply and installation of suitable CI Tee including all ends, flanges complete as required as per site condition run lead joints, gaskets, nuts & bolts, washers etc., for tapping out branch connection including excavation and earth work in any type of strata complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 0.9x0.9x0.9m with 'L' angle frame and MS sheet cover with locking arrangement (for tapping point) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S & F in existing panel 4 pole MCCB 100 Amps 50 Hz, 415 Volts with rupturing capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of powder coated compartmentalized cubical LV panel (Main Panel) indoor type fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel weather proof vermin proof and suitable for operation on 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire AC supply complete with gland plates, cable glands, lifting hooks, ventilating louvers, bus bars, inter connections, earthing, labelling electrical interlocking, suitable for termnation of cables, mounted/ fixed on and including MS angle iron stand/ frame 40cm height feom FFL, fabricated out of 50x50x6mm thick MS angles duly grouted in PCC 1:3:6 foundation, including supply and fixing of following switch gear and accessories in the panel, complete as required. The panel should be manufatured by CPRI approved panel maker and having protection of IP-55.

Supply and fixing LED based bollard with aluminium extruded housing with glare free opal diffuser IP65.

TELE WIRING

Supply and fix for telephone socket complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for metal flush mounting box - 1/2 Module complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for modular pearl/ white cover plates 1 module complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix junction box size 9.5x7.5x3.5 inches fixed key style secured lock, easy to open door spacious design convenient instalation type: 50 P/ 60P/ 80P complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
