Dismantling taking out carefully old/unserviceable UG cable of any type/ size from trenches/pole/duct/LT panel after disconnecting from OH conductors/MCCBs/joint boxes for relaying/refixing or carrying to store for Sch of credit.

M&L for passing through pipe testing and commissioning of 1100 Volts grade 'Heavy duty' PVC sheathed armoured cable LT, XLPE insulated aluminium conductor multi stranded served with inner sheating of PVC tape armored with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 10 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area 2 core with suitable glands and lugs as per site requirement confirming to IS specifications, complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick.

M & L Cutting the existing bituminous road / cement concrete surface 150 mm thick to the required width and depth for laying of cable protection pipe and making good the disturbed area to match with existing/PCC complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stay assembly complete all as directed.

M&L for Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 for 20mm wire (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately)

Disconnecting and taking down of unserviceable MCCB having any capacity and make from its existing position and taken as credit.

Note :- Earth work and foundation of PCC shall be measured and paid separately in relevant items of schedule.

M&L for painting of steel tubular pole with one coat of alumium paint incl cross arm, bracings, supports, nuts, bolts, of LT OH line from above copping to top of pole and marking with alternate Yellow and black paint strip 30 cm wide (5 Nos) with synthetic enamelled paint and writing of MES pole number as per standard size all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 20mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

S&F security light bracket made out of galvanised steel light grade pipe of 40mm dia 1.2 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos mild steel clamp 50mm x 6mm thick and 04 No nut-bolts with washers and including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl dismentling taking down old/ rusted complete all as specified and directed.

S&F street light junction box of size 200mm x 140mm x 95mm outdoor type, weather proof, factory made out of PVC sheet 1.8mm thick with front side hinged opening having locking arrangement with nuts & bolts & arrangement for incoming and outgoing cables with suitable size of steel gland complete comprising with the followings incl disconnecting of existing cables and taking down unsv junction box complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Bus bar with two aluminium strips, 63 Amps capacity insulated with insulators, including colour coding, including PVC cable of suitable size from bus bar to MCB (b) MCB SPN 5 to 30 Amps - 01 No (c) Clamps made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron duly welded with nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal of change over switch on load 4 pole, 415 Volts 50 Hz 100 Amps open execution type mounted on existing any type/ description of LT Panel/ feeder pillar with minor modifications of existing LT Panel/ Feeder Pillar box to fix and connecting terminals and making fresh connections of existing cables are deemed in quoted rate of this item and complete of following size:-

M&L for trimming of branches of trees touching LT electric over head line for 2 / 5 wires and making clear about 3 mtr in radius by climbing up tree or by providing ladder, at a height 7 mtr and above and carrying and depositing where directed not exceeding 50 mtr. Note : T& P items arrangements for cutting of branches in inclusive in quoted rate. (i.e Ladder, cutter & rope etc)

Restretching aluminium conductor or GI wire on existing over head lines 2/4/5 Nos of OH conductor lines without removing including unbinding from insulator and rebinding above existing insulator using aluminium binding wire, connections of incoming and outgoing cables, binding with spacers where required and trimming the tree branches with clearance of 3 mtr around of the LT OH line and span should not be exceeded 40 to 50 mtr, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- T&P items and other eqpts which are required for the said work is inclusive in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing perforated GI cable tray having 2mm thick and the cable tray should be 4" width and 2" depth suitable for laying of LT cables including bend, tee etc fixed on wall including fixing arrangements etc all as specifed and directed.

Disconnecting of old earthing and replacement with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead 4mm wire upto test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel wire mesh and light grade GI wire protection pipe 15mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note - The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm GI pipe (medium grade) for watering 15mm GI pipe for protection of wire (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

Disconnecting of old earthing and replacement with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm upto test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel wire mesh and light grade GI strip protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note - The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm GI pipe (medium grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

Disconnecting of old unserviceable chemical earthing replacement with GI earth electrode with medium grade of size 50mm dia upto 2 meter below ground level Installation, testing and commissioning of chemical earthing complete with buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2mtr below normal ground level earth electrode GI pipe connected to and incl galvanised earthing lead strip 32x6mm as main earthing lead by means of tinned copper/ brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer beside brazing at all joints as directed and earthing lead protected with 40mm dia light grade GI pipe from electrode and upto incl the earth test point, including alternate layers of 150mm thickness each of charcoal, common salt, magnisium sulphate/ chemical and as per manufacturer's recommendation including below the copper electrode also and excavation in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil, PCC pit chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover 50mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia MS deformed bars @75 mm C/C both ways incl MS angle iron frame of size 40mmx40mmx3mm and incl testing the earthing on completioin, complete all as specified. The result of the earth resistance should be less that 1 Ohm and recorded results to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Old earthings are conventional type and sch of credit has been accounted for accordingly.

Disconnecting and taking down of old/ rusted LT Panel and replacement by new LT panel from CPRI tested firms, outdoor type totally enclosed with front opening hinged doors with projected top and raised platform of suitable size weather, dust, vermin and water proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick including aluminium bus bar for 3 phase, 415 volts of capacity 1000 Amps and one neutral sleeved with coloured sleeves insulation complete painting with powder coated paint including marking by paint of outgoing supply to various locations for identifiaction for the following :- Note :- (i) Initial drawing and design of the panel will be approved by GE. (ii) Suitable size of stand for LT Panel made of MS angle iron duly painted with black colour in two coats over the one coat of red oxide primer is deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates. (ii) Cost of transportation from factory to site and cost of labour for fixing of panel will deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

Amount of credit of Rs. 82097.10 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
