Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc 10 sq. m on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated material (soil) n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars in reinforcement 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends , and binding with and including binding mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars in reinforcement 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends , and binding with and including binding mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain etc. complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, metered /stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as inslab supported on walls, culvert etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar works n. exc. 200mm thick surfaces fair finished complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of Random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item no 13.00 here in before but except brick. NOTE: Old serviceable stones/brick retrieved vide Sl Item no 11.00 shall be reused.

Extra over stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate) as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position & of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on stone/brick wall, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed

Taking down 300mm dia RCC rain water pipe (any size or pattern) including all fitting and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed of drain pipe of 300mm dia (nominal) including packing under and haunching against the size of after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed.
