Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 8000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 Sr. No.3.4 MORD 301.5

GSB Grade-1 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material in widening portion and compacted thickness 12.50cm spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density. This work includes cost of all materials, labour, and hire charges of road roller, machinery, T&P etc complete. Complete work as per Technical Speicification Clause 401 and as per direction of E/I.

WBM Grading - 3 Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity as per MORD technical specification clause 405 and as per direction of E/I.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finshed in continous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slab for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-incharge. As per DSR 2.6.1

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) As per DSR 4.1.8

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete As per DSR 5.9.1

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) As per DSR 5.1.2

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. As per DSR 5.22.6
