Supply install , testing and commisioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set , water / air cooled type 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire,acoustic proof comprising of Diesel engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc. of capacity 62.5 KVA coupled to Engine , installed fixed on base plate with anti vibration pads / friction pads and comprising of the following components (A) Engine: Direct couple Diesel Engine electric start , water cooled suitably derated of Matching BHP for driving 62.5 KVA capacity alternator , four stroke confirming to IS 10001/10002 for continuous running and capable of taking 10 % over load for per hour complete with following accessories:-

Material & labour for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM (in two layers, each layer consisting of 75mm thick ) with course aggregates of grading 53mm to 75 micron mixed in batch mixing plant of suitable capacity, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber. The optimum moisture for mixing shall be as per IS-2720 Part 8 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS :8887 at 5.00 Kg/10Sqm) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per clause 503 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
