Special Eligibility Criteria

   The Tenderer should have supplied same or similar Category Products(Similar means item with same description and IS specifications of different sizes) at least once in preceding 3 financial years (i.e. previous three financial years and up to date the of tender opening in current financial year) to any Govt Organization including Railways as on date of opening of tender. Copies of relevant purchase orders or contracts along with proof of supply to be submitted with e-bid in support of their past satisfactory supply performance. It shall not be considered as satisfactory past performance, where the Firms submit PO copies only without attaching corresponding documents of satisfactory supply performance, unless Railway get confirmation of supply against attached PO only. The Railways may check satisfactory past supply performance of the Firm in ireps/imms for supply of tender described item in last 3 financial year .The satisfactory past supply performance documents are required in reference to its offered make only to know the Performance of offered make only. The trader may upload past supply performance documents of its Principal.

   Full/Bulk Order will be placed on OEM or its authorized dealer on tender specific authorization. The authorization letter shall bear the name/designation of signing authority along with mobile number/e mail id of OEM/its authorized representative present in PAN India for cross checking and validity of authorization.

   The Stores are urgently required.Hence,the Offer of the Firm with delivery period beyond 45 days may be passed over without any intimation.The Offer of the Firm with part delivery (50%) within 45 days shall be taken into consideration.
